Express Delivery

All orders placed and paid for before 4:00pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 4:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays via DPD.

Delivery Restrictions

We ship our products throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide. *Certain products may be unavailable to customers in specific regions due to regulation restrictions.

How do I change an order?

If you need to change details of your delivery address or amend your order, please contact your account manager our Customer Service team. Call us on 0121 663 1339 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact your account manager.

My order missing items or is incomplete?

Sometimes we may deliver your items in multiple batches. All products ordered and paid for Monday to Friday prior to 4.00pm are usually delivered the following working day. If you feel your order is incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or if we have sent too many products, call us on 0121 663 1339 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
