DELIVERY INFORMATION

Fast delivery on all orders

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays via DPD.

Orders placed and paid for before 4:00pm Monday - Friday will be shipped first class via DPD for next working day delivery.

Orders worth £0-£999.99+VAT are £5+VAT shipping. All orders worth £1000.00+VAT and above are £10.00+VAT shipping. Larger orders may incur a higher delivery charge.

Refunds and returns policy

HOW DO I CHANGE AN ORDER?

If you need to change details of your delivery address or amend your order, please contact your account manager our Customer Service team. Call us on 0121 663 1339 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

MY ORDER ARRIVED AND IT CONTAINS THE WRONGS ITEMS OR IS INCOMPLETE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Sometimes we may deliver your items in multiple batches. All products ordered and paid for Monday to Friday prior to 4.00pm are usually delivered the following working day. If you feel your order is incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or if we have sent too many products, call us on 0121 240 8477 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

DISCLAIMER

*We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of you failing to take reasonable care of them. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied.

*Please note we cannot accept returns of any products which have been opened after delivery. This is necessary for hygiene reasons.

*Please note that on occasion your product may not arrive on time due to issues with our courier service. Situations such as these are out of our control, but feel free to contact us so we can provide you with an update.
